When he had an AI generate it, he probably specified where Carter, Obama, and Biden went, and let the AI do the rest. Everyone always ranks FDR highly because progressive policies are super effective, so that's what the AI did.
They like the internment camps part
They appreciated his redlining policies to keep people of color out of white neighborhoods.
People get their policy positions from their leaders, to a point.
It the leader says FDR is good, wwii, putting America to work, etc, then the base will believe those things.
It only doesn't work when you push too far, like when Trump briefly tried to promote the COVID vaccine.
