Overview:
The community dedicated to boycotting the US until they stop fascism, restore full democracy and start following international law.
Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.
America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.
America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

I think the mid-terms will be the moment that becomes clear to everyone here.
I won’t be surprised if they fumble the bag again listening to lies and cruelty.
Or get hung out to dry by election fraud.
There's no need for electoral fraud. For the past half century the turnout at the polls for mid-term elections has been around 40%EV. (For presidential elections it's around 60%EV.) All they have to do to win over the astonishing sloth and apathy of the American voter base is rally an extra 2-3% to go to the polls. And they have the built-in tools to do that given that what passes for the "left" in the USA is determined to stay the course on their "Operation: Foot Bullet" plan.
Imagine how difficult an 80 or 85% turnout would have been to defraud or steal an election from.
Can’t tell them this though, ‘you don’t understand’ is the answer you get. Then a litany of ‘reasons’
The saddest part to me is that people think these midterms will do anything.
The American voting public is still filled to the brim with sloth and apathy. The American political system still only offers two faces of fascism: the ugly face and the kind-seeming one. The American cultural rot is still proceeding apace with no reduction in sight until the nation disintegrates.
