fully agree. i tend to be a lot harder on people who do things intentionally, even basic shit. littering, damaging property. intent matters, but yes, fuck everyone who makes someone else's life or job harder for "funsies". die in a fire. you get like one chance to clean up your act or you're done. no sympathy for this type of behavior without some sort of medical diagnosis that shows a negative disorder.
