Remember that the button at the top of the sidebar expands the options to disable federation. (media.kbin.social)

I had the same issue, I had to once set it back, save, then set it again to subscribed, save and then it worked.

Thanks, just tried that but no luck! Although I noticed it's working okay on desktop - just not mobile.
