Uh yeah they were, Big Daddy was 1999 and all the others were prior to that
That's what I first thought, but the latest one mentioned there is Big Daddy which came out in 1999. Crazy.
Mewtwo was still in the games.
First Pokemon movie released in Japan in July 1998, in the US in November 1999.
Pokemon red and blue released in the US in September 1998, yellow in October 1999.
