Setup the 2nd router identical to the first - unplug the old one and move it to the new box. If everything is setup correctly there will just be a slight blip.
Without connection tracking or VRRP there's no way to have it be seamless.
Also consider if you have any devices on dhcp reserved addresses or any port forwarding you would have to configure them on the opn sense otherwise local lan IPs will change. This may or may not be a problem depending if you have fixed local IPs in dhcp or port forwarding.
