Has Apple not noticed the shadow bug that's been there since the iOS 7 keyboard update, all the way up to my current version, iOS 17.1?

Even in macOS, there are similar issues. P.S: But I’m not sure if this issue is because my MacBook is too old to display the borders perfectly.
