I still wake up with difficulty, and I have a lot of sluggishness during the day, yet there is a sign that I still have more than 8 hours of sleep?? r/sleep don’t allow image so I post here

Mine looks like that.. do you have a dog that likes to stretch and kick you in the stomach, or demand to be let under the covers? Mine looks like that, but I only get about 6 hours on average.
