Depends on what you priorities the most. Also, are you comfortable with different os.

Pixels heats a lot even during performing normal tasks. Although, Tensor G3 in Pixel 8 has some improvements but still it is very far from being a useable daily driver I would say. Only reason to go for pixel is if you are into android and ai at this moment. You can go for Pixel 8

Other than that, if you want overall stable device, top notch videography, night photography, iPhone 15 is for you. But keep in mind, there are a lot of restrictions in ios. If you are coming from android, you will need to give yourself sometime to get adjusted to it.
