Pretty sure Eberflus is out after this year, but Poles will stay. We are in the middle of a rebuild and I think he may continue. I expect us to trade Fields this season and pick a top QB and playmaker. That, combined with our massive cap space, should be an attractive position for a new Head Coach and some free agents.

That should set us up very well for the future.

Exactly right, you don't hire a GM to tear it down to the studs and then not give him the chance to build it back up.
