People who don't have problems with their purchase tend not to post about it, so you get a misrepresentation of results. Also I discovered that a small number of complaint posts here turned out to be fakes or the same person repeatedly posting, deleting, and reposting complaints to inflate the numbers. While that happens every year, it seems to be happening more this year.
