I find it strange these these delivery companies don't actually suffer any real consequences.

Here in my country, we'll be sending people to jail for theft.

Delivery companies will also check that your trade-in phone is inside the box before they accept it, and seal it again. And if there's anything criminal, same thing, we'll send you to jail, all for a phone.

I just don't understand the quality and standards of such well known companies like Fedex, DHL, etc in other countries. We have the same companies here.
