Vivid or Lunar, both have a £20 lifetime license fee but also a free trial to see if you like it. I personally recommend Lunar. They both allow you to push the screen brightness upto 1000 nits and below 100 nits for whatever working environment you’re in. Best thing is it doesn’t damage the screen as Apple themselves state the XDR display is capable of sustained full screen 1000 nits indefinitely.
