Why the Ultra? (alien.top)

If you bought an Ultra, why did you choose se it over the regular Apple Watch?

When I saw it announced last year, I thought to myself “no one is going to buy that”. I just thought there were too few features that most people don’t need. But now I see them everywhere. I don’t see the appeal of increased battery life being worth twice the price of the standard watch.

Why did you buy the Ultra and is it worth the price to you?

Prove me wrong I guess?

Only $50 more than the Stainless Steel model and the doubled battery life. I liked the stainless steel previously to not worry about scratching the screen.

I justified it my vowing to keep the watch longer. Went from a S4 to Ultra 2. Not sure if I’ll keep it til 2028 but I’ll try, or maybe consider getting the cheaper aluminum watch next time.
