Siri being actually smart
I don't understand why it's not a smarter version of AI yet
This and I’d really like to just plug my phone into a doc and have it serve as a personal computer.
We can dream
I gave up with Siri and just use my Google Home since I use an Android as my second phone
It’s fkn terrible. Ever since my iPhone 14 it’s felt even more dumb than on my IPhone 11 and 8+ days.
One thing I really find an annoying is if I ask Siri to play a specific song from my library it wont understand that. If I just tell it to play the song it’ll play the most popular song with the same name and it’s just some random crap
Apple is slacking
I know, right?!? I’m not a developer, but hard to understand why Amazon’s and Google’s voice assistants are both SO much better than Siri. Imo, it’s not even close.
Apple has the resources to train an LLM that will help Siri become smarter. I just don’t know why they haven’t done or released it yet.
As usual, they will come late but with the best product
Maybe they want to fix some things like don’t want Siri to answer bullshit like chatgpt can do and not have to wait seconds for an answer
Or maybe it’s just the time to train the LLM and have servers that can manage request of every apple users without lagging
We’re only complaining now because we’re used to smart robots like ChatGPT. I think Siri will catch up soon
