For me it’s the option to individually lock apps.

Separate app audio - ie. spotify to bluetooth speaker & social media to phone speaker

Media/Alarm/Ringtone volumes all tied together

Can't copy from every field, can't auto-fill always, such a inline facebook browser

Scrolling screenshots for any app

Cellular data limit

Copying files >4gb over usb

I know this is fundamentally how iPhones work, but running an app or two in the background - really frustrating having to keep instagram actively open when a story or post is uploading

Universal back gesture, back in apps isnt consistent at all
