I currently have around 10,500 totals and 3,440 videos are part of that

Happens to my phone at times too. It will happen especially after I downloaded a new app. Usually I have to delete that app and others or restart my phone. It hasn’t happened since I bought iCloud plus though and I have an iPhone 11. I haven’t seen much articles or such about it.
