For me it’s the option to individually lock apps.

Placing apps anywhere on the home screen

(International) sideloading

Forced 120Hz

Open access to the file system (e.g. connecting it to a PC or Android device and accessing the files via File Explorer or the Files app respectively)

4x1 widgets on the Lock Screen
