I’d be torn between options 2 and 3, personally. I think Harbaugh would restore respectability to the organization and might be enticed by the opportunity to continue coaching McCarthy, who is still really young and moldable. It’s easy to forget the kid isn’t even 21 yet and can still add a lot of mass to his frame. Personally, I’m ready to move on from Fields and start over, too.

I want Fields to succeed with the Bears. I know he's struggled, but I'm a fan of his, so I will root for him to turn it around. Honestly I kinda don't want the first two picks because I don't want to see anymore debate about Williams.

Agree, especially on the Williams part. I've never seen a highly-touted draft pick with "bust" written all over him as much as he does. My worry is we move on from Fields, draft another QB this year that produces, at best, the same we got from Fields, and then we're back to resetting the team again in 2-3 more years.
