I would like to sync up a GM/HC/QB with all “their guys” for once. Keep Poles, let him hire “his coach”, and let him and his coach draft “their QB”. Then there are no excuses anymore, everyone is on the same page

Eberflus was his coach. I'm OK with giving him one more shot at it, because he seems to learn from mistakes, but that was one of them
