Can a team put 5-6 defensive lineman in the 3point stance at the LOS?

It seems the best way to try and stop the tush push is to push back. Why not (if it's legal to) have 5-6 300lbs+ D linemen lined up and then replace the LB's with more D lineman and replace the DB's with LB's?
