Then he can refuse to sign with one of those shitty franchises and force a trade. There’s precedent for that, he has the leverage, and it’s a better decision than playing another unpaid year in college and possibly suffering a major injury.

He's a WR. He has no leverage at all. No one is risking the opprobrium that would come with that for anything less than a franchise altering QB.

Isn’t it always bad teams drafting in the top? What does he expect, chiefs to somehow be able to trade up and get him? Pigs farting rainbows seems more likely.

Not always. Teams get decimated by injuries.
