Josh Allen runs for a TD: Gritty

Fields runs for a TD: Dumb, won’t last long. Can’t read defenses, etc

[–] xtow16@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (13 children)

Josh Allen has thrown for 4000+ yards and 35+ TDs the previous 3 seasons lol I'll drink Fields kool aid 24/7 if Justin puts up those stats

[–] AnteaterSuper9984@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

He’s also had the most interceptions of ANY qb the past few seasons but okay lol

[–] xtow16@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

has a lower int % than Fields tho

[–] AnteaterSuper9984@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (5 children)

Because he throws more…

I can’t believe you’re acting as if leading the league in ints for multiple years isn’t… bad?

If Jamis threw for 4000 you’d take him lmao

[–] MiddleNameIsJoe@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

It is bad. Josh Allen does enough positive things to overcome that bad thing, which is why he's finished top 3 in the MVP voting twice.

Justin Fields does a lot of bad things besides interceptions, which is why he is consistently near the bottom of advanced QB metrics and going to be replaced this offseason no matter how much truther cope gets posted.

Would you rather have Fields or Allen?

[–] xtow16@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

why would throwing more lead to a lower int %? The defense knows a throw is more likely for Allen and he still throws picks a lower % of the time. If Fields threw 600 times in a season he would most likely throw 20+ picks

[–] Competitive_Ice_189@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

if fields throws that much there would be a mutiny in the lockeroom for allowing a runningback to throw that much

[–] xtow16@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

If Eberflus and Getsy were offense masterminds (lol) they'd find a way to get Fields and Moore the ball in space. They're both electric playmakers when they're running with the ball. A dual QB offense could be insane

Josh Allen has 12 career 4th quarter comeback wins and 16 career late game-winning drives. (Justin Fields has 1 and 2 of those things.)

The only way this post is true is if your definition of "clutch" is literally "only overtime matters and nothing else.". Which would be a bad definition.

[–] AnteaterSuper9984@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

And the only way it’s true that he IS clutch is if you ignore OT games.

Is overtime not clutch time?

Way to change the topic though. Would you take Jamis Winston because he threw for 4000 yards?

Do his INTs not matter because… why?

You're ignoring way more about what Josh Allen has done than we are for JF.

You're being straight up moronic tbh.
