I really hate to be “that guy”.

But rewatch the Fields fumble then read the rules written by the NFL

“It is a foul if a player lowers his head and makes forcible contact with his helmet against an opponent. Penalty: Loss of 15 yards. If the foul is by the defense, it is also an automatic first down”

Not sticking up for Fields at all. More so pointing out how bad the refs and some of these rules are.

Id really like to see this rule enforced every time. Any use of the helmet as a weapon should be 15 yards every time. I saw a player last week use a helmet to knock a ball out too (I think it was a college game) and the fumble stood, no flag.
