Touch screen response and stutters in iOS 17.1.1 (alien.top)

This seems to be an ongoing issue with iOS 17. I thought it was fixed with 17.1 but issues seems to come back. Sometimes screen doesn’t respond to touch or seems slow. Also getting stuttering when swiping how sometimes. Anyone else?
