I am sure there are already people lining up to sue these companies. Just look at that woman from Colorado and her non-existent website business that had to theoretically turn away a non-existent customer because she did not want to have to work for gay clients someday maybe.

Doing this on the up and up is not a part of the plan at all. The plan is to actually make a chilling effect on the entire industry. Which works quite well as you see PornHub not even waiting for someone to try to sue them. They’re just taking their ball(s) home.
