i dont think the world is ready for that - not unless the police have them first.
And that's how you get kamikaze attacks on low-income neighborhoods.

no seriously - like, those scenes from the 5th element - if we dont have antigrav buoys acting as lane markers in the sky & flying police cars to enforce them, then allowing the public (well, the uber wealthy) to buy and operate flying cars is just asking for trouble.
I give it 2 weeks before flying cars kill someone, probably an innocent bystander.
I'm too tired, too hungry... And definitely, too thirsty.
