Is it possible to reset your master key/recovery key? (lemmy.ml)

If I accidentally leaked my Matrix recovery key (which I assume that's what the long string of spaced out random letters is called?), is it possible to reset it such that the previous key can no longer be used to decrypt the messages?

It's under the security tab in element. The options are fairly self-explanatory.
