What if he's not really a sex offender, but he's just really good at impersonating cops?

If he's not, just remember you ARE allowed to shoot cops in self defense (but you'll basically need to prove innocence).

Honestly someone impersonating a cop is scarier to me than any other kind of foreseeable violent criminal.
