I didn't come to lemmy to get personally attacked like this.
You could try fixing your posture.
Maybe you need stronger muscles. I feel my posture only improved in a more sustainable way when I started doing strength exercises. Yoga is great for that purpose, pilates too.
Me neither, this is scandalous...
