It looks like quite a few of them were created literally hours ago and have very few posts.

It's time to unload the spankbanks gentlemen, as an act of public service. My partner and I will be reviewing our potential to contribute later

You can see content if you view the communities through your instance and you have NSFW enabled. e.g. if you visited beehaw.org/c/porn@lemmynsfw.com you'd be able to view the !porn community.
