Tenant poured something down the drain and now the drain is blocked. Will landlord insurance cover the damage done? (aussie.zone)

The whole floors needs to be ripped apart and fix the drain pipe then tiles needs to be done. I am looking at 10k-15k to fix everything.

Assess damage and cause.

Consult a lawyer.

Insurance may cover it, and they may sue the tenant to reclaim costs. But best to ask the insurer.
