She herself read the book aloud for an audiobook. She read aloud the story of her meeting Kim Jung un and didn't stop to think "I've never done that"

No. Instead, this "tell it like it is" type left the lie in place. It's not exactly something to mis-remember. There's no excuse, she never met the guy. She wanted people yo think she met him. So she lied. Simple as that.

Yet SOMEHOW in her mind it's all the democrat and media's failing. Not hers. Hmmm
