I would build apartment buildings and rent them at exactly break even for the cost of utilities and maintenance. So a 1bd would be like $500 in a major city. If you had several hundred billion you could really fuck up the local housing market. Just buy every property for sale and rent them out at 25% of what everything else is going for.

Huh....and here I was thinking small fries; I was going to make small/weak but heartfelt kickstarter dreams a reality, also to fund making really nice Mangas with no hope of an anime adaptation actually have one, also to help people on gofundme get the Healthcare they need.
Actually this would help a gigantic number of people.
