This is the most believable thing for a three year old to say. Not every three year old has that grasp of language, but they definitely all think like that, lol.

My favorite quote from my niece is her shouting up to my sister from downstairs: “mommy, how do you spell, ‘I don’t love you, mommy?’”

Yup, I have three kids and the youngest is finally getting out of that phase. Each one has surprised me with what they say. They're little, adorable terrorists...

My kid says "you're a butt in a butt". Not sure what it means but I think she's insulting me.

Yep, all four of my kids said stuff like that. It's totally believeable. And GP's comment just makes me believe even more that the only people who know more about parenting than people one child are people with no children.
