I went to a McDonald's and it turns out they increased the price of a singular, generic, low-quality Hamburger to €2.50. I still remember them costing €1 not too long ago. What the fuck?

Are higher prices that relevant for once in a while events where you eat out?

The employees have not been fairly compensated at any point in time, regardless of price. Those places should simply not be a choice if that is important, even and specifically if it is cheap.

Seeing as my fatigue issues have gotten worse over the years, it's more often than I'd like unfortunately. I do wish people were paid better and I tip well when I do grocery delivery and takeout. I was fortunate to get a better job working from home last year.
