Talk about whatever, respecting the rules established by Lemmygrad. Failing to comply with the rules will grant you a few warnings, insisting on breaking them will grant you a beautiful shiny banwall.

A community for comrades to chat and talk about whatever doesn't fit other communities

I used to be a fan of Ray William Johnson, but couldn’t stomach his racism anymore. I need silly jokes to laugh at without compromising my morals.

Boy Boy, they are communists.

[–] Redlogic@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 2 years ago (4 children)

Is it explicitly stated anywhere?

They literally traveled to DPRK in order to dunk on racist liberals, half of their content is explicitly socialist at least, I’m unsure if they’re explicitly marxist but bare minimum they support AES

[–] Redlogic@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 2 years ago

I like to believe they are Soc-dems that are ready to consider AES as normal countries.

One of them keeps a July 26th movement flag on his wall, clearly visible in many of their videos

[–] bennieandthez@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 2 years ago

Yup, if that's not a dogwhistle idk what is.

Many on lib left and soc dem admire Cuba so we can not take it as definite evidance.

[–] comedygoblin@lemmygrad.ml 4 points 2 years ago

Sure, but not many would keep a revolutionary flag on their wall. I don't know they are nessecarily MLs specifically but they certainly are comrades

I would be skeptical if they wore a che guevara shirt, but having a flag about 26 de julio is beyond baby leftist aesthetics.

They generally include socialist/communist theory in their videos. This one on job interviews is a work of art.

They made a documentary showing the DPRK is not “totalitarian literal 1498,” and actually a normal country. They also went on the Deprogram podcast.

Niko Omilana. He is legit one of the best content creators on the platform, his KKK leader interview is legit one of the funniest shit i've ever seen.

Depends on exactly what you are looking for, but these are some of my favorite YouTubers that are very funny.

I don’t have TikTok, but what I regularly watch on YouTube is: Jreg (satire on internet politics and mental health discourse), the Onion (great political satire, whether from now or the Obama years), very tall Bart (makes YTPs cutting together stuff said by reactionaries like Jordan Peterson into stupid dialogue), thejuicemedia (makes “honest ads” joking about the horrors of the Australian government), key and peele (general comedy) and Boyboy (based, already mentioned).
