I wanted to try to get into re2, but i don't think I'll enjoy the mechanic of the boss following you around :/

I played RE2 Remake for the first time (not playing the original RE2) and enjoyed it thoroughly - until I made it to the point where Mr. X chased me. I tried a few times and had to stop playing as it just frustrated me.
