HAH! nice collection for real. I bought nothing but Vans the last few years but my collection is nowhere near that extended. I circulate between 6 pair. And my daughter has 3 in rotation now :P
EVDNT UltimateWaffle are my favorite but the colors that are currently available are a bit shit.
Please Vans bring these back:
Love the EVDNT UltimateWaffle! I almost bought the colorway from that pic! It'd be great if vans would add that silhouette to the customizer.
I wore vans exclusively when I was a teenager, but only 1 or 2 pairs at a time. In my late 20s now early 30s I went a bit overboard.. I always felt better seeing people on r/vans on reddit post collections in the 100s!
These are the last pair I bought back in June:
VERY hard to keep these clean. It's already difficult enough with white shoes in general but thesem oh boy.. The toe is white transparant and it's very easy to get dust or dirt between the top and the white fabric. But nothing a spin in the laundry can't fix.
Machine washing/drying and soaking can weaken glue and ruin shoes, just fyi.
Here is a very extensive cleaning guide I've created. I was called the "king of clean" on r/vans. I am a little obsessive.. 😅
I only did a 20 minute program with cold water and low speed.
