naw if I was forced to do 6 a week I would do a good 5 or 6. well at least 4. solid 3 definately.

What does this even accomplish? If your execs are working 6 days a week but no one else is, is any work really getting done on that extra day?

I have never seen a problem get solved by the execs working more hours.

Employees under the executive level are not expected to follow suit.

I call bullshit. If execs are working then there will absolutely be pressure for folks under them to also be working.
