It's interesting the article doesn't mention anything about the ethics of this, which is likely problematic. At what point do we consider a lab grown brain to be human?
Do you genuinely care? Life is pain for us all, comrade.
At this point I will put my brain in the vat if I do not have to worry when my next dose of glucose arrives.
Did you even read the article?
Have you come to offer me a brain-vat and regular doses of glucose? If not, BE GONE.
Is freethink a reputable website?
Since posting the link, I'm concerned it may not be.
From a quick perusal, it seems to have an establishment bias.
'Everything's okay in Africa, also free speech needs limiting, etc...'
They posted an article about the military's involvement, and research involving human brain cells without taking about ethics once, and only in an optimistic way. As if they're selling us something.
This sounds like a great idea. Let's start the implants on the politicians and their families first.
