Ah so I was right, i see. Meteoswiss also has precipitation measurement systems but they look much larger and different. There have many of these small systems been installed in the area where i live, pretty cool, thank you!

Those are instrument shelters (lookup Stevenson screen). Could be sensors for air temp, air pressure, pollution, humidity, etc, inside them.

Maybe a radar for noise. They measure if your vehicle isn't too noisy.
