That's a lot of holes! I'm not a roofer. But I'd say ideally replace, unideally cut some aluminium squares and silicone them on top of each hole from the inside.

Presumabky the gutter is installed badly and lots of water sits in the gutter ir.maybe even overflowed dude dealt with it by drilling hokes instead of rehangng :)

Get up with a ladder and test the theory with a hose on the roof when its a dry sunny day. If so rehang the gutter first and and/or replace it if thats possible ? Any patches are going to loook bad, patched inside will catch shit in your gutter all the time if you are near leaves etc small rivets and the Aluminium from a cut coke/beer can ?

Guttering is cheap, the roofer is expensive. I've done a few bits and pieces over the years as a novice and it's worked but it's been ugly as fuck.

Why the hell did they decide to drill holes in the gutter? I really want to know the thought process behind that. Are they speed holes?
