For the life of me, I'll never understand the hate in the #Rimworld community toward people who like anime aesthetics. It's an aesthetic. It's as asinine as shitting on people for liking art deco architecture or the color red.

Some people can't draw the line between "I don't like this" and "I think you're a stupid person for liking this."

I think for some people everything is sexual and so for them if you like anime you must be into kids, non stop masturbate or something like that.

And truthfully they have reason to think like this because well rule34 servers are full. The art itself is inherently, well Japanese are weirdos after all with some troubled ideas.

I am constantly at odds with anime. I like it in its best form but absolutely despise it at its worst. You can't really hate whole anime anyway it doesn't make sene. Some anime is cool and fun, some is absolutely degenerated view on a horrible mind of an author.

It's natural and human to have a libido, so hating on people for masturbating is deeply weird in the first place.
Most r34 is of adult characters - it's telling that you'd just assume like that?
Even the most degenerate fictional media has no victim, so time spent hating it instead of consuming media you enjoy is time wasted.
Respectfully, going into strangers' replies and opening a conversation about lewding kids makes you the one with lewd kids on the brain. This was purely about aesthetics until you made it about lolisho.
