Is San Fran notorious in this regard?
It's always struck me personally as a place that is especially heartless in its attitude toward the unhoused, with this story about a gallery owner using a hose being a particularly dark manifestation of that.
Makes me think of when the gringos come here to see favelas.
This is too fkd up and the news article really avoided talking about who is doing this:
