I mean, I know they are trying to shorten the title to avoid a cumbersome sentence, but "clean energy mine" sounds so stupid.

Why, yes, my papa used to mine the gigawatts straight from the rock walls. All natural, no pollution gigawatts.

Native title shouldn't be misconstrued as "formally recognized Indigenous lands" as though it's anything like normal land ownership

Native title rights and interests may include the right to live in an area or to access it for traditional purposes; to visit and protect sacred sites; to hunt, fish or gather resources; or to teach law and custom.

Here's your land, you're welcome to visit. Oh well I guess you shouldn't because we've turned it into a giant mine, and you could fish but ah, site tailings have poisoned it.
