Why would Sandilands ever do anything differently? There's no penalty at all.
He earns $7-8 million a year, and at worst, the radio station might give him a 4 week holiday from not broadcasting.

Yeah, he's openly mocking the censors and calling them out as paper tigers. Ridiculous.
Wait? Is that meant to be a real censor?
I thought it was just someone acting like a censor. Craig Ferguson did a thing years ago where he had "Beth the CBS Executive" who had been called in to censor him. Of course, she was a comedian acting as the Executive and it was just funny to watch some of their shenanigans.
The big difference being that Ferguson is funny, and Sandilands is..... something else.
I think the on-air censor is a bit, but KIIS has 2 censors assigned to his show according to this report:

There are plenty of dickheads you don't know, and Kyle would have been one of them, if it wasn't for all the other dickheads who went and crowned him king.
The press council should stop wasting time and money investigating Kyle if they're going to fail to really punish
