Why are my notifications always empty? (kbin.social)

Fairly new to Kbin, for some reason my "notifications" are always empty. If someone responds to one of my comments, I don't see anything that tells me that they did. Both my notifications and messages are permanently empty.

Is that expected behavior? If not, how do I fix it?

Notifications are completely broken for me. I get a "50x" error whenever I try to view them. This has been going on for nearly a month, now.

Nope, still completely empty

Not sure if still having this problem, but check your settings. See if the proper boxes are checked in the "Notifications" area.
