I recently joined this community and another one, both of which are on different instances than my "home" one. The app doesn't show any pinned posts when I navigate to these communities, even though the web versions do.

Apologies in advance if this is a Lemmy issue and not a Sync issue.

Do you have hide read posts as an option? Sync will hide all posts including pinned ones if you read them. Might want to play around with those settings.

I only see, under the History section, "Mark posts as read" but I don't see any settings related to hiding read posts.

It's actually in the Lemmy account settings.

@soullioness@lemmy.ca I think it might be a Lemmy issue because I'm seeing the same behavior on web (going to https://lemmy.radio/c/syncforlemmy@lemmy.world doesn't show pinned posts but https://lemmy.world/c/syncforlemmy does)

I just double checked and the box for "show read posts" is ticked.
