Naturally, Epic won 1st place with all its fancy shit. Cerner comes in second, nothing fancy, but gets the job done pretty well. Meditech is bassackwards. Not quite sure about the Allscripts reference. Haven't played on that system yet.

I was on the very very ancient DOS version of Meditech for 18 years. Epic was such a change.
